When we have received your email we will acknowledge its receipt to the email address that was used to send the notification. Our database will then be updated accordingly after the appropriate security checks have taken place. The Fund/City Council  reserves the right to reject any change of address it receives this way if after carrying out the appropriate security checks, it cannot be readily verified that the form has been completed by the person, whose Pension Reference Number/National Insurance Number is quoted.
