Help Desk Telephone Calls (Received/Answered)

The Fund maintains a Help Desk facility (0845 230 1665) The figures quoted demonstrate the number of call received during the period, the number answered and the number
of calls that receive an engaged tone or hang up before being answered.
Periods are calendar months and include calls received outside the normal published working hours.
Published working hours are Monday-Thursday  8.30am-5.00pm, Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.
