Tax Code
Under statute law the Fund has to account for tax deductable from
relevant pension records. It achieves this
by the application of tax codes issued by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC). HMRC
have now reported
that they have had technical problems which have led to a large number of
duplicate tax code
notifications being issued to tax payers, some of whom will be members of
the Fund.
